Neptune Marina is a 15 minute walk from Ipswich Rail Station which has direct trains to London, Norwich, Cambridge (all around an hour or less) and the Midlands, and links to Harwich (40 minutes) which has frequent ferry links to mainland Europe.

By Water

Neptune Marina is easily reached on The River Orwell through Ipswich Lock at any state of the tide. The beautiful lock is open on free flow at high tides and lockable on request 24 hours a day - simply call ‘Ipswich Lock Gate’ on VHF Ch. 68 as you pass under The Orwell Bridge and say that you are bound for Neptune Marina.
