The Neptune Marina building benefits from a 7 day a week,
high-quality concierge service operated on-site from the main foyer within the building.

The concierge and the building residents are supported by a 24 hour,
multi-skilled emergency call out team.  

The on-site concierge is able to respond quickly to any building difficulties
in the common areas should they occur….. but most potential issues are
prevented before they occur though the 7 day a week daily site inspection of the building.

Services include:

  • Daily site inspection
  • New occupier briefing
  • Information about the equipment and
    facilities in the building
  • Apartment electricity meter reading service
  • Maintenance of common areas and equipment
  • 24 hour emergency out of hours call out service in case of common area equipment difficulties
